This is a clear, bright wine with a pale yellow color. It is very expressive, revealing notes of dried apricot and white flowers, as well as a mineral touch thanks to subtle aromas of gunflint. The palate is extraordinarily long and fine, with a mineral character reminiscent of the stony slopes of the Chasselas hillsides, as well as a great maturity with its sweet apricot aromas. The complexity and balance of this Saint Véran will be very appreciated with scallops, beautiful fish, and as a young aperitif. You can let it mature in 2/3 years.
